Granite & Quartz Countertops in Cocoa Beach
Quartz, granite, and quartzite countertops for Cocoa Beach condos and homes.

What We Do
Cocoa Beach is a surf town first, full of beachfront condos and rentals that take a daily beating from salt, sun, and a steady rotation of guests. Countertops here have to look great and refuse to quit, which is exactly the conversation we love having.
Quartz is our strong first recommendation because it never needs sealing and ignores coastal humidity, with granite a durable second and quartzite for owners who want a luxury marble look that survives the beach. Our Orlando shop is about an hour west, and we keep a 5 to 7 day template-to-install timeline.

Every slab we install is chosen for quality, durability, and looks, and at the beach durability rules. Quartz is ideal since it never needs sealing and shrugs off salt air, granite brings natural toughness, and quartzite offers the marble aesthetic with far better stain resistance. We steer Cocoa Beach kitchens away from marble, which etches and stains quickly in a salt-and-citrus coastal environment.
Quality Quartz, Granite & Marble Countertops in Cocoa Beach, FL
Quartz is a durable material that will look gorgeous in any kitchen. Having a wide range of colors and textures to choose from, quartz will satisfy any preferences. Since unlike granite or marble, quartz is an engineered product, it has greater durability and variety in color and texture.

Marble is stunning, with veining that engineered stone cannot fully match, and it has graced beautiful interiors for centuries. In a busy Florida kitchen, though, it is high maintenance: marble etches when it meets anything acidic like lemon or wine, and it stains and scratches more easily than quartz or granite. For most homeowners who love the marble look, we suggest a marble-look quartz or quartzite that delivers the same elegance with far less worry. We are glad to fabricate marble when it is the right choice, and to tell you honestly when it is not.

About Edstone Inc.
As the owner, I personally oversee measuring, fabrication, and installation on every project, so Cocoa Beach owners get work I have stood behind myself. We keep over 1,000 granite and quartz slabs in stock, so you choose the exact slab for your condo or home. That standard is why we have earned 4.8 stars from 436-plus Google reviews. If you want the marble look in a rental or beach home, we will show you a marble-look quartz that still photographs beautifully after a hundred guests.

Countertop questions from Cocoa Beach homeowners
Do you install countertops in Cocoa Beach?
Yes. We fabricate everything at our own shop at 6650 Hoffner Ave in Orlando and install throughout Cocoa Beach and the rest of Brevard County. The in-home estimate is free and we do not charge for the trip.
How long does a Cocoa Beach countertop job take?
Most kitchens run 5 to 7 days from template to installed. We measure the cabinets, cut and polish the stone in our Orlando shop, then set it with our own crew. If your job needs longer we will say so upfront.
Do I have to drive to Orlando to pick a slab?
You do not have to, but it is worth the trip. We keep over 1,000 slabs at the Hoffner Avenue yard and no photo does the veining justice. If coming in from Cocoa Beach is not practical, we bring samples to your home instead.
What does it cost to replace countertops in Cocoa Beach?
It depends on square footage, material, edge profile, and how many cutouts you need, so we will not quote a number sight unseen. Send your dimensions or book a free in-home measure and you get an itemized estimate.
